Crystal Vogel
Executive Director
Crystal Vogel is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Sparta, bringing nearly two decades of experience in senior care and a deep passion for serving others. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2005, later transitioning into social services, where she served as a Social Service Assistant and Director of Social Services before becoming a Nursing Home Administrator in 2023. In July 2023, she stepped into her current role as Executive Director, where she continues to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and team members.
Crystal holds an Associate’s degree in Social Work from Bryant & Stratton College and has been a CNA since 2005. Her well-rounded experience in both clinical and administrative roles allows her to lead with compassion, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Originally from a small town in southern Illinois, Crystal values family and community. She and her husband have been married for 15 years and have two children—a 20-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son. They love to travel and enjoy vacationing at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where they can relax by the beach. In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and making lasting memories.
